Repeat Prescriptions
To order repeat medication you can use the online request system or drop your request slip into the practice.
Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for us to process your request. This time is needed to check that you have had appropriate reviews and monitoring to ensure continued safe prescribing. You may find attached to your prescription a note asking you to attend for bloods or to see the nurse or doctor. You should make an appointment at your earliest convenience and ideally before your next repeat prescription is due.
Hospital prescriptions should be presented to the hospital pharmacy and not to surgery.
If you are going away on annual leave or have a reason to request a double issue of your prescription, please indicate this on your repeat slip so your GP is aware.
