We are pleased to inform you that we have a new telephone system starting later this week that will help us to help you with the high call volumes and long wait times to get through to us which we know is incredibly frustrating.

Patient Callback holds your place in the queue after you have called in and hung up after choosing the option for a callback. You will receive a callback instead of waiting on the line, saving time and money. This is an automated system therefore you never have to keep trying to call us.

There are no changes to our phone number or opening times.
